Our Vision
Higher Performance, Inc. was founded by Adam Schiltz, along with his wife Kelsey and their daughters, Amelia and Eliana, to help children in need through the power of sports. Adam, a former professional football player, and Kelsey both grew up with a passion for sports and competed at the collegiate level. Their mission is to provide youth, especially those in Lincoln, with the opportunity to grow through sports, regardless of background or financial situation.
Adam's own journey to the NFL was supported by a strong community, and now he wants Higher Performance, Inc. to serve as that support system for local children. His experiences in community service during his NFL career sparked his passion for giving back, which led him to teaching and coaching. The organization aims to create a diverse, inclusive environment where children from all walks of life can come together through sports to build community and achieve their potential.
The core of Higher Performance, Inc. is to make youth sports accessible to all. By organizing club teams in various sports at minimal or no cost, the organization seeks to eliminate the financial barriers often associated with youth sports, providing every athlete the opportunity to compete at the highest level. The funds raised from events will go toward meeting essential needs and supporting athletes’ goals.
With a faith-driven mission, Higher Performance, Inc. is not just about sports, but about serving the community and demonstrating God’s love through action. The founders believe that “Faithful Actions Increase The Heavens” and are committed to inviting everyone to join in the movement of giving back and making a difference in the lives of children in Lincoln.
